Position: Primary ECT Teacher
Location: Wandsworth, London
Salary: £38,766 – £60,092 (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners in line with the National Curriculum.
* Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, ensuring that all pupils reach their full potential.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that supports student learning and well-being.
* Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to plan and implement differentiated learning strategies.
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with the school's policies, ensuring a safe and respectful learning space.
* Engage with parents and guardians, providing regular feedback on their child's progress and development.
* Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and training programs to enhance teaching practice.
* Take part in school events, extracurricular activities, and community involvement initiatives as needed.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational best practices and implement innovative teaching methods.
