We are recruiting dedicated Primary Supply Teachers to work across our network of 48 schools within five established Multi-Academy Trusts across Northamptonshire.
This is an excellent opportunity to enjoy the variety of supply teaching while benefiting from consistent, full-time work in supportive and welcoming school communities.

The Role
- Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
- Create a positive, inclusive and inspiring learning environment.
- Follow school planning where provided and adapt lessons to meet pupils' needs.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
- Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
- Enjoy the opportunity to work across a variety of schools while gaining valuable experience.
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Recent experience teaching within UK primary schools.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- An Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- The right to work in the UK.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and supporting every child's learning journey.
