We are recruiting dedicated Primary Supply Teachers to work across our network of 48 schools within five established Multi-Academy Trusts across Northamptonshire.

This is an excellent opportunity to enjoy the variety of supply teaching while benefiting from consistent, full-time work in supportive and welcoming school communities.

Whether you're an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), we would love to hear from you.

The Role

  • Deliver engaging lessons across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
  • Create a positive, inclusive and inspiring learning environment.
  • Follow school planning where provided and adapt lessons to meet pupils' needs.
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management.
  • Enjoy the opportunity to work across a variety of schools while gaining valuable experience.

Essential Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Recent experience teaching within UK primary schools.
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • An Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and supporting every child's learning journey.
