Aspire People are recruiting a Behaviour Specialist HLTA to work in Cardiff from September.

This role focuses on building relationships, supporting emotional regulation and helping learners re-engage and succeed in school.

You will work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams and ALN/SEN leads to promote positive behaviour and create a calm, structured learning environment.

The role involves 1:1 and small-group interventions, de-escalation strategies and reliable cover where needed.
