SEN Teaching Assistants Wanted - Make a Real Difference Every Day

We're currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, moderate learning difficulties, and physical disabilities.

What you'll be doing:
Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs
Supporting learning, communication, and emotional regulation
Assisting with personal care where required
Helping implement behaviour and learning support plans
Working alongside teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals
Creating a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
What we're looking for:
SEN experience (school, care, youth work or similar) preferred
Team Teach, Makaton, PECS or similar training is highly desirable
Calm, patient and resilient approach
A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
