The Role

  • Deliver pre-set lessons (including through the medium of Welsh)
  • Manage behaviour and keep pupils on task
  • Support pupils with ALN/SEMH needs
  • Follow school behaviour policies
  • Provide feedback to teaching staff
  • Maintain a positive learning environment
