The Role
- Deliver pre-set lessons (including through the medium of Welsh)
- Manage behaviour and keep pupils on task
- Support pupils with ALN/SEMH needs
- Follow school behaviour policies
- Provide feedback to teaching staff
- Maintain a positive learning environment
