Secondary Cover Supervisor – Telford & Shropshire Area.

We are seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and committed Secondary Cover Supervisors to support our partner schools from September 2026.

Responsibilities
- Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure students remain engaged with their learning.
- Maintain a positive classroom environment and support pupils to achieve their best.
- Provide cover for long-term placements, short-term assignments, and day-to-day emergency cover as required.

Essential Requirements

- Willingness to accept both planned bookings and last-minute sickness cover.
- Consistency and reliability are essential, particularly during winter months when demand for cover staff is high.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own transport, as some partner schools are located in rural areas and not easily accessible by public transport.
