We are recruiting enthusiastic and caring Teaching Assistants for opportunities within a Super School in Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT), supporting learners aged 3-18. This role offers a varied and rewarding opportunity to work across different age groups and phases while building valuable classroom experience.
The Role
- Support pupils in lessons and school activities
- Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions
- Support children with additional needs where required
- Promote engagement, confidence, and positive behaviour
- Work collaboratively with teaching and pastoral teams
Who We're Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people is essential
- School experience desirable but not essential
- Positive, adaptable and proactive attitude
- Welsh-speaking desirable but not essential
- Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one
