About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team, supporting children in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Hub. You will work closely with pupils with a range of additional needs, providing one-to-one and small group support, helping them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting pupils with SEN in the classroom and SEN Hub
- Delivering tailored learning and support programs
- Assisting with behaviour management and fostering positive relationships
- Monitoring and reporting on pupil progress
- Collaborating with teachers and other staff to provide holistic support
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children with SEN
- Knowledge of SEN Hub practices and support strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and willing to travel to surrounding areas
