Aspire People Limited is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support pupils in Solihull across Complex Needs/SLD and EYFS settings.

You will work 1:1 or in small groups, assisting teachers and helping students access learning in nurturing environments.

Ideal candidates will have experience with SEND or EYFS, show patience and reliability, and excel at building positive relationships with pupils and staff.
