- Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential).
- Strong behaviour management skills.
- A minimum of 2 years\’ UK classroom experience.
- Excellent safeguarding knowledge, as well as safeguarding training (training can be provided).
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
- References covering the last two years of employment.
- Reliable transportation to commute across Rugby.
- SEN experience (essential).
