Primary School Teaching Assistant

Calling all Primary School Teaching Assistants! Are you passionate about supporting young learners? Do you thrive in a dynamic, inclusive environment where no two days are the same? We’re looking for dedicated Primary School Teaching Assistants to join our team and help create an engaging, supportive learning environment for both SEN and mainstream students of all ages across Rugby, Warwickshire.

Responsibilities

Provide tailored support to students with a range of abilities, ensuring they reach their full potential.

All Applicants Must Have

  • Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (essential).
  • Strong behaviour management skills.
  • A minimum of 2 years\’ UK classroom experience.
  • Excellent safeguarding knowledge, as well as safeguarding training (training can be provided).
  • An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
  • References covering the last two years of employment.
  • Reliable transportation to commute across Rugby.
  • SEN experience (essential).
