Day-to-Day Supply Teacher – KS1 & KS2
Location: Northamptonshire
Salary: 130 – 160 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Flexible / Temporary / Ad-hoc
About The Role
We are currently seeking enthusiastic, adaptable, and reliable Day-to-Day Supply Teachers to work across a variety of primary schools in Northamptonshire, covering classes in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. This is an excellent opportunity for teachers who enjoy the flexibility of choosing when and where they work, while making a positive impact on pupils\’ learning across a range of settings.
You will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behaviour effectively, and ensure a high standard of teaching and learning in the absence of the class teacher. This role is ideal for ECTs (Early Career Teachers) looking to broaden their experience or experienced teachers seeking flexible work.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lessons across KS1 and KS2 following school planning where provided
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Provide feedback to staff regarding pupil progress and any safeguarding concerns
- Adapt to a variety of school environments and year groups
What We\’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
- Recent experience teaching within KS1 and/or KS2
- A flexible and proactive approach to teaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
