We're recruiting Student Teachers to support primary schools in a variety of roles, including Teaching Assistant, Intervention Support, Classroom Cover, and HLTA-style responsibilities, depending on your experience and the school's requirements. These opportunities allow you to develop your teaching skills, become familiar with different school environments, and build professional relationships that could lead to future teaching opportunities once you've gained QTS.
The Role May Include:
- Supporting whole-class teaching across the primary age range
- Leading small-group interventions in English and Maths
- Providing classroom cover where appropriate
- Supporting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Working with pupils on a 1:1 basis
- Helping children develop confidence and independence
We're Looking For:
- Students currently completing a teaching qualification leading to QTS
- Recent experience working with children through placements or employment
- Confident, professional, and enthusiastic individuals
