Aspire People are currently recruiting for SEN Teaching Assistants across Staffordshire to support pupils within specialist education settings.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys making a real difference to young people who may require additional support throughout the school day.
You could be supporting pupils with autism, communication needs, complex learning difficulties, SEMH and challenging behaviour.
We are looking for candidates who have
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or Level 3 Health & Social Care
- Previous experience supporting children or young people
- A genuine interest in working within SEND
- A calm, patient and consistent approach
- Confidence supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis
- The flexibility to work across a variety of SEN settings
