Teaching Assistant - Complex Needs/SLD or EYFS - Solihull We are recruiting caring and dedicated Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Solihull.
These roles are based within either a Complex Needs/SLD (Severe Learning Difficulties) primary group or an EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) setting, supporting pupils to access learning and develop their independence in a safe, nurturing environment.
The role: Support pupils with a range of additional needs on a 1:1 or small group basis.
Assist the class teacher with daily classroom activities.
Encourage communication, social skills, and independence.
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
We're looking for candidates who: Have experience working with children, ideally within SEND or EYFS.
Are patient, compassionate, and reliable.
Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
