Aspire People are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to join us very soon on a FLEXIBLE basis in the Skegness (PE25) area.
/n
Our schools are looking for a person/s to provide effective support to their pupils across the full primary curriculum on a day to day and long-term basis.
/n
There are currently multiple opportunities available on both a full and part-time basis and if required may include elements of 1-1 support depending on needs.
/n
Key Responsibilities:
/n * Provide classroom support to teachers, including assisting with lesson preparation and delivery.
/n * Work with individual students or small groups to provide targeted support and intervention.
/n * Help maintain a safe and engaging learning environment.
/n * Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing materials and managing classroom resources.
/n * Support students with special educational needs and adapt activities to meet their requirements.
/n * Supervise students during break times, outings, and other activities as needed.
/n * Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging their development and well-being.
/n * Collaborate with teaching staff and participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
/n
Qualifications and Skills:
/n * Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role is essential within the UK.
/n * A genuine interest in working with children and helping them achieve their full potential.
/n * Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
/n * Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
/n * Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
/n * Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
/n * Basic administrative and organisational skills.
/n * Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification are desirable but not essential.
