The Role
Here at Aspire People, we are looking for passionate and patient Teaching Assistants to join our team. The successful candidate will support teachers in delivering high-quality education and care to our students, helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of individualized learning plans for students with special educational needs.
- Support pupils\’ social, emotional, and physical development within the classroom and during activities.
- Help prepare teaching materials and resources.
- Supervise and assist students during lessons, breaks, and outings.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other staff to meet students\’ needs.
- Promote a safe and positive environment for all students.
Person Specification
- Experience working with children with special educational needs is highly desirable.
- Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
