The Role

Here at Aspire People, we are looking for passionate and patient Teaching Assistants to join our team. The successful candidate will support teachers in delivering high-quality education and care to our students, helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the delivery of individualized learning plans for students with special educational needs.
  • Support pupils\’ social, emotional, and physical development within the classroom and during activities.
  • Help prepare teaching materials and resources.
  • Supervise and assist students during lessons, breaks, and outings.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other staff to meet students\’ needs.
  • Promote a safe and positive environment for all students.

Person Specification

  • Experience working with children with special educational needs is highly desirable.
  • Patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently when required.
  • Commitment to promoting inclusivity and positive behaviour.
