We are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a passionate and committed SEN Teacher to join an Outstanding co-educational secondary school specialising in Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN) in the London Borough of Richmond. This is a long-term ongoing position, ideal for an experienced SEN Teacher with a background in SLCN and/or autism who is looking to commit to a specialist school community and grow professionally within a truly collaborative and multidisciplinary environment.
About the Role:
As a Secondary SEN Teacher, you will deliver engaging, differentiated and well-structured lessons to pupils with Speech, Language and Communication Needs across KS3 and KS4, many of whom also present with autism spectrum conditions. This is a general SEN Teacher role rather than a subject specialist position, meaning your focus will be on meeting the holistic communication, learning and developmental needs of your pupils rather than delivering a single curriculum subject.
