Aspire People Limited is recruiting for an SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEMH needs in Boston, Lincolnshire. This full-time role includes working 1:1 with students and starting immediately with hours from 08:30 to 15:30.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children who display disregulated behaviour and must demonstrate high resilience and an energetic approach to their teaching practice. You will be responsible for creating a safe learning environment and promoting acceptance among students.
