This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced School Business Manager, Academy Business Manager or education operations professional looking to play a key role within a collaborative Trust where operational excellence enables outstanding teaching and learning.
The Role
Working as a key member of each school's Senior Leadership Team, you will lead all aspects of academy business operations, allowing the Headteachers to focus on delivering exceptional educational outcomes. You will provide strategic and operational leadership across finance, HR, estates, health and safety, administration, compliance, ICT, data protection and facilities management, ensuring both academies operate efficiently, compliantly and effectively.
This is a varied leadership role requiring excellent organisational skills, commercial awareness and the ability to manage multiple priorities across two school sites.
