Aspire People are recruiting an experienced HLTA to support within a primary school, with a focus on supporting pupils with additional needs alongside general classroom responsibilities. This is a varied role combining whole-class support, small-group work, and SEND provision.
The Role:- Supporting teaching and learning across the classroom
- Delivering small-group sessions and occasional whole-class teaching
- Supporting pupils with SEND within a mainstream setting
- Adapting learning materials to meet individual needs
- Supporting behaviour, engagement, and emotional regulation
- Working collaboratively with teachers and SENCO
- HLTA status or significant experience at HLTA level
- Recent experience within a UK primary school
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND (ASD, SEMH, etc.)
