Teaching Assistants β Full-Time & Flexible Supply Roles in Rugby and local surrounding areas.
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants for work in local primary, secondary, and SEN schools.
Opportunities include full-time positions or flexible supply work.
Responsibilities
- Support pupils across a variety of settings, including mainstream primary and secondary schools and SEN provisions
- Provide 1:1 support
- Deliver small group interventions
- Engage in full-time, long-term placements
- Work day-to-day and short-term supply shifts
- Temp-to-perm opportunities
- What Were Looking For
- Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting
- A positive, proactive and supportive approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience supporting pupils with SEN (desirable but not essential)
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
