Aspire People are currently recruiting for a school in Walsall for experienced and passionate Qualified Teaching Assistants to work within their dedicated SEND provision. You will be working as part of a committed and supportive team, providing tailored support to pupils in a specialist SEND environment, helping them to engage, thrive and reach their full potential, with the needs mainly consisting of ASD and SEMH.
The Role:
- Support children with ASD and SEMH needs.
- Work with pupils of all Primary ages and abilities.
- Assist with lesson delivery, classroom management, and skill development.
- Encourage independence, engagement and participation in learning activities.
- Collaborate closely with other staff members within the room.

- Experience supporting children with SEND, particularly ASD and SEMH.
- Patience, empathy and strong interpersonal skills.
