Are you a Receptionist looking to transition into the Education sector?Aspire People are currently recruiting for School Receptionists to work in a busy School environment. You do not have to have specific School experience, however it would be advantageous. We are looking for candidates who are highly motivated with a friendly yet professional telephone manner. You must be willing to work on a temporary basis and between the hours of 8:00a.m. & 4:30p.m, starting as soon as possible. There will be full time and part time positions available throughout the School year which run for varying lengths of time. There may also be an opportunity to move to a permanent contract within the Schools, although this is not guaranteed.As a School Receptionist your day-to-day responsibilities will include but not limited to:« Welcoming students, guests and parents into the school « Ensuring safeguarding processes are followed « Answering telephone calls and filtering as necessary « Responding to emails« Letters to parents « Typing of letters and memos« Filing, faxing and photocopying« Dealing with parents and pupilsYou must be:« Proactive« Hardworking« Not afraid to take on new tasks« Able to multi-task« Outgoing and have a friendly personalityYou will be supported by me, Georgina Longhorne.
