Aspire People are recruiting a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive school in the B1 area of Central Birmingham. This is a long-term role starting ASAP, perfect for a teacher who is passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs and helping them grow both academically and emotionally.

About the Role

You'll be working with students across KS3 and KS4 who may have a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, or communication and interaction difficulties. Your role will involve planning differentiated lessons, creating a nurturing and structured learning environment, and working closely with support staff and the SENCO to ensure each pupil receives tailored support. Strong behaviour-management skills, patience, and the ability to build positive, trusting relationships with students are essential.
