Aspire People is currently recruiting experienced and enthusiastic Primary School Teaching Assistants and SEN Teaching Assistants to work in a range of welcoming primary schools.

The Role
- Support pupils in the classroom to help them achieve their full potential.
- Work alongside class teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities.
- Provide one-to-one or small group support where required.
- For SEN roles, support children with additional needs, helping them access learning in a positive and inclusive environment.
- Promote a safe, supportive, and nurturing learning environment.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working with children is essential.
- A positive, caring, and proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A passion for supporting children's learning and development.
- Must be available to work between 8:30am and 3:30pm.
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is desirable, or willingness to obtain one.
