SEN Primary School Teachers – Loughborough

We are working with several Ofsted Outstanding primary schools in the Loughborough area and are seeking dedicated SEN Primary Teachers.

Location: Loughborough and surrounding areas

Pay: £140 - £185 per day (depending on experience)

Start Date: Ongoing opportunities available - immediate or September starts.

The Role

  • Deliver high‑quality teaching tailored to pupils with a range of SEN (e.g. Autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs).
  • Develop and implement personalised learning plans and EHCPs.
  • Create a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment.
  • Work closely with support staff, SENCOs, and parents/carers.
  • Monitor pupil progress and adapt strategies to support individual needs.

Ideal Candidates Will Have

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience teaching children with SEN, ideally in a primary setting.
  • A sound understanding of the national curriculum and SEN best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills.
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
