Are you a qualified Teacher? Whether you are an experienced Teacher looking to take a step back but keeping some time for the classroom, or a newly Qualified Teacher looking to progress in your career, Aspire People are looking for Flexible Supply staff in Rugby who are available to work in a variety of Primary Schools local to you on days suited to you.

Working with Aspire will allow you to access flexible day-to-day supply cover, long-term positions & permanent roles on a full-time or part-time basis. We are looking for competent, hardworking staff who love teaching and are dedicated to encouraging and inspiring our younger generation.

To become a supply teacher with Aspire you will need:

  • UK QTS (NQT's welcome to apply).
  • Relevant Teaching experience and a thorough knowledge of EYFS, KS1/KS2 curriculum.
  • Good communication skills & must be confident in working as part of a team.
  • A flexible, positive approach to working.
  • Be able to supply 2-year references.
  • Provide enhanced DBS check.
