Aspire People Limited is recruiting an SEN Teaching Assistant (Autism) for a full-time, September start at a specialist school in Headington, Oxford.

The role supports pupils aged 8-19 with ASC and SLD, in a structured autism-focused setting.

You will work with experienced teachers and therapists to deliver tailored learning and emotional support, helping students access lessons, develop communication and social skills, and build confidence and independence throughout the school day.
