About The Role
Aspire People is excited to be working with a reputable nursery chain looking for Level 2 and Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join their dedicated teams. We are offering flexible working hours with both full-time and part-time opportunities available, including weekly shifts that can be tailored to suit your availability.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the development and learning of children aged 0-5 in line with the EYFS framework.
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children to thrive.
- Engaging in activities that promote children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Supporting children's individual needs, encouraging them to reach their full potential.
- Communicating effectively with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the best outcomes for the children.
- Assisting in planning and implementing activities that support children's learning and development.
- Maintaining a high standard of care and ensuring safeguarding procedures are followed.
What We Are Looking For
- Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
- Experience working in a nursery setting, with a solid understanding of the EYFS framework.
