Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years.
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and development of every child in your care.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
- Follow safeguarding procedures and nursery policies at all times.
Requirements
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or equivalent).
- A good understanding of the EYFS framework.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A caring, reliable, and positive attitude.
- Previous nursery experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
