The Role
- Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
- Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils.
- Assisting with learning activities across EYFS, KS1 or KS2.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and creating a nurturing learning environment.
- Helping with classroom organisation and preparing resources.
About You
- Previous experience working with children in a school or similar setting.
- Patient, caring and enthusiastic approach.
- Confidence supporting pupils with varying needs and abilities.
- Relevant qualification (Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) is desirable, but strong experience will also be considered.
