Aspire People are working with a well-established, busy SEND school in Northampton, looking to welcome passionate Teaching Assistants into their primary phase. What you'll be doing:
You'll be supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis, helping them access learning, build confidence, and develop key life skills. No two days are the same, and being adaptable and enthusiastic is key.
What we're looking for:
- A positive, 'can-do' attitude and willingness to get stuck in
- Strong interpersonal skills - someone who can build rapport quickly with pupils and staff

- Experience or knowledge of autism in a classroom setting (desirable, not essential)
- Basic English and Maths (Level 2 or equivalent experience)
