Aspire People are working with a well-established, busy SEND school in Northampton, looking to welcome passionate Teaching Assistants into their primary phase. This is a fantastic opportunity to support pupils with additional needs in a setting that values energy, patience, and a proactive approach.

You will be supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis, helping them access learning, build confidence, and develop key life skills.
