Role

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with a range of additional needs.
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
  • Work closely with teaching assistants, class teachers, SENCOs, and parents to support pupil progress.
  • Develop and implement individual learning plans and interventions.
  • Monitor and assess pupil achievement, adapting strategies to meet individual needs.

Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching primary‑aged pupils with SEN, or a strong interest in developing within this area.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • A patient, nurturing, and flexible approach.
  • Commitment to promoting inclusion and raising achievement for all learners.
