Aspire People are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to join a lovely primary school in Monmouth, working with 121 with an Early Years pupil with Additional Learning Needs (ALN).
This is a long-term opportunity starting in ASAP, ideal for someone passionate about supporting children and young people with SEN.
The role s initially mornings only
The Role
- Supporting a pupils 1:1
- Assist with tailored learning activities
- Promote engagement, independence, and positive behaviour
- Work closely with teachers and support staff
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months' experience in a regulated childcare/education setting OR
- Relevant childcare/education qualification (Level 2/3 or equivalent)
- Calm, patient, and committed approach
- SEN experience desirable but not essential
