Role
- Deliver tailored lessons to pupils with a range of special educational needs.
- Adapt curriculum content to meet individual learning styles and abilities.
- Support pupils with additional needs including autism, ADHD, and complex learning difficulties.
- Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and senior leaders.
- Create a structured, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor and track pupil progress, adapting strategies where needed.
Qualifications
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent).
- Primary teaching background with SEN experience or specialism.
- Experience working in SEN or specialist settings.
- Strong understanding of differentiated teaching and EHCPs.
- Patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach.
- Ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
