I am working with a trust who are looking to appoint a Head of Inclusion for their specialist SEN/SEMH setting, starting in September.

Head of Inclusion | The Role:

  • You will be responsible for leading the behaviour team.
  • Support the team to meet the individual needs of pupils with a range of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning difficulties.
  • You'll work closely with support staff, therapists, and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for every learner.
  • Use a range of strategies and interventions to support behaviour and emotional regulation.
  • Monitor progress and maintain accurate records of pupil achievement.

  • Must have QTS or NPQ SEN.
  • Have extensive leadership experience within SEND and inclusion.
