Responsibilities
- Support teachers within the English department across KS1 and KS2
- Provide one-to-one or small-group support to students in reading, writing, and analysis
- Assist in preparing resources and promoting a positive learning environment
- Help encourage engagement and progress in English lessons
- Take on occasional cover responsibilities, delivering pre-set work to classes
- Work collaboratively with staff to maintain high standards of behaviour and learning
About You
- A degree in English Literature, English Language, or a related subject
- Passion for education and supporting young people
- Confident communicator with strong literacy skills
- Positive, proactive, and willing to get involved in all aspects of school life
- Ability to manage a classroom when required (training provided)
