Aspire People are working with a number of welcoming and supportive primary schools across Greater Manchester who are looking to recruit enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECTs) ready to begin their teaching career.

The Role
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire a love of learning.
- Create a positive, inclusive classroom where all pupils can succeed.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of pupils of all abilities, including SEND and EAL learners.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
- Assess progress and use feedback to support pupil development.
- Work closely with experienced teachers and mentors to continue your professional development.
- We Are Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or due to achieve QTS this academic year.
- Passion for primary education.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- A positive, reflective attitude and willingness to learn.
