Aspire People Limited is recruiting dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils across Manchester secondary schools from September 2026. We are looking for enthusiastic Psychology graduates, Educational Psychology graduates, or graduates with experience supporting children with SEND.
You will work on a 1:1 basis with students who require additional support, helping them access learning, manage behaviour, and develop academically and emotionally.
