Overview
We are seeking a qualified Male PE Teacher to join an Ofsted \”Good\” Secondary School in North Birmingham. The role is suitable for an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or a more experienced teacher and will start after the October half term and continue until the end of the academic year.
Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver and assess the Physical Education curriculum for KS3 to KS4 (KS5 optional for suitable candidates).
- Use high quality indoor and outdoor facilities to deliver engaging and challenging PE lessons.
- Collaborate with the PE department and the wider school team to raise the overall programme and progress of pupils.
- Support pupils with special educational needs and contribute to the school behaviour policy.
Qualifications
- Qualified male PE teacher with the ability to teach KS3 to KS4.
- Suitable for an ECT or a more experienced teacher.
