SEN Teaching Assistant - Lutterworth Location: Lutterworth Start Date: Within the next month Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday Pay Rate: £100-£105 per day

Aspire People are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to work within a school in Lutterworth that we have a strong working partnership with.

We are looking for someone who can provide pupils with the encouragement, patience and support they need to thrive in the classroom.

You may already have experience as a Teaching Assistant, but we are also keen to hear from candidates who have developed their experience working with children in other environments.

This could include sports coaching, children's clubs, music, youth work, childcare or other activities involving young people.

We're looking for someone who

  • Has experience working with children or young people
  • Is caring, patient and approachable
  • Can engage children and build positive relationships
  • Is confident working as part of a team
  • Has a genuine interest in supporting pupils with additional needs
  • Has a DBS in place or is willing to obtain one
  • Has a relevant qualification relating to children or young people (desirable, but not essential)
  • Can commit to working 5 days per week
