Working alongside experienced teachers, you will support pupils across the school, helping to deliver engaging lessons, provide targeted interventions, and create a positive learning environment where every child can succeed.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support teaching and learning across the classroom.
  • Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions to help pupils reach their full potential.
  • Assist with planning and preparing engaging learning resources.
  • Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupil participation.
  • Support children's academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching staff to ensure pupils receive the best possible support.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

  • Holds a minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree.
  • Has experience working with children, either in a school, tutoring, sports coaching, childcare, mentoring, or a voluntary setting.
  • Can commit to working full-time, Monday to Friday.
  • Is enthusiastic, approachable, and passionate about supporting young learners.
  • Is reliable, resilient, and eager to learn from experienced education professionals.
  • Possesses excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Is organised, proactive, and able to adapt to the needs of a busy primary school environment.
  • Is considering a future career in teaching or education.
