Learning Support Assistant – Ad‐hoc / Flexible Supply
Location: PE10
Start date: ASAP
Pay: £95‐£110 daily

Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, can integrate quickly into new environments, and is confident supporting pupils across the primary age range.
Responsibilities
- Support the class teacher with the delivery of lessons
- Provide 1:1 support for pupils who require additional guidance
- Lead and assist with small group interventions
- Support pupils with general classroom learning and targeted intervention work
- Supervise pupils during break times and in the lunch hall
- Promote positive behaviour and maintain a safe, inclusive environment
Ideal Candidate
- Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable)
- Has proven experience working within a UK primary school setting
- Is confident supporting pupils with a range of learning needs
- Demonstrates strong behaviour management skills
- Is flexible, proactive, and able to adapt at short notice
