Aspire People Limited are recruiting for an SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEMH needs in a school in Louth, Lincolnshire.
This full-time role starts in September and runs 08:30β15:30, on a temp-to-perm basis.
You will mainly work 1:1 with pupils who display disregulated behaviour and require a calm, resilient approach.
The successful candidate will have experience with children with SEND/SEMH and a passion for education, with the energy to support inclusion and keep learners safe.
