Aspire People are recruiting for an SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils with SEMH needs in a school located in Louth, Lincolnshire. This role is full-time, on a temp to perm basis starting in September, with working hours 08:30 - 15:30, predominantly 1:1 with students who show disregulated behaviour.

The role requires resilience and energy; experience with children with social emotional and mental health needs is preferred.
