About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our welcoming and inclusive school in Kensington and Chelsea. You will play a key role in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), helping them to access the curriculum, develop confidence, and thrive both academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the class teacher in delivering inclusive and engaging lessons
- Work one-to-one and in small groups with pupils with SEN
- Implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and targeted interventions
- Provide tailored support for a range of needs (e.g. autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties)
