Teaching Assistants - Primary, Secondary & SEN

Location: Ealing, London

Pay: £100-£110 per day

Start Date: Immediate / September 2026

Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in education? We are currently recruiting enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming schools in Ealing, London, supporting pupils across Primary, Secondary and SEN settings.

The Role

  • Supporting pupils in the classroom and during lessons
  • Working with individuals and small groups of pupils
  • Providing additional support to pupils with SEN and additional needs
  • Helping pupils develop academically, socially and emotionally
  • Supporting classroom activities and maintaining a positive learning environment
  • Working alongside teachers and other school staff
  • Providing encouragement and helping pupils build confidence

We Are Looking For

  • Experienced Teaching Assistants
  • Graduates looking to start a career in education
  • Candidates with previous experience working with children or young people
  • Those with experience supporting pupils with SEN
  • Teaching Assistants with Primary or Secondary school experience
  • Candidates who are enthusiastic, reliable, patient and committed to supporting pupils
  • Relevant qualifications and previous school experience are desirable but not essential for all positions.
