Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
The Role -
- Support teaching and learning across different year groups.
- Deliver pre-planned lessons and cover classes when required.
- Work alongside teachers and support staff to provide high-quality learning experiences.
- Support pupils with their academic, social and emotional development.
- Manage classroom behaviour confidently and effectively.
- Adapt to different school environments and routines.
- Contribute positively to the wider school community.
What We're Looking For -
- Have relevant HLTA experience or equivalent classroom experience.
- Are confident leading lessons and managing a classroom.
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Are adaptable, reliable and enthusiastic.
- Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Have a genuine commitment to supporting children's learning and development.
