About the Roles:
- Lead classes of pupils with complex needs across primary and secondary settings
- Plan and deliver engaging, personalised lessons across semi-formal and formal curriculum
- Adapt teaching strategies for pupils with autism, sensory needs, communication difficulties, and learning disabilities
- Collaborate with therapists, support staff, and families to ensure a holistic approach to learning
- Use assessments to track progress and set tailored learning goals

Essential Requirements:
- QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
- Experience or training in SEND (autism, communication difficulties, SLD, PMLD)
